Sales Development Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Coatbridge (Scotland) or Sittingbourne (Kent)
Key responsibilities and duties for this position:
– Oversee and maintain customer data collected through online marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to ensure accuracy and effective lead management.
– Engage with prospective customers via phone or text to assess their needs, gather key information, and identify sales opportunities.
– Accurately record and manage all customer information, ensuring timely allocation of leads to the appropriate regional dealers or SANY direct sales team.
– Coordinate with the dealer network to monitor lead progress, follow up on outcomes, and maintain updated records of all interactions.
-Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports and performance updates to the senior management team.
What we expect from you:
– Telemarketing experience in SaaS products, Udesk and other fields is preferred
– Previous constriction equipment experience & knowledge is advantageous
– Able to deliver excellent customer service
– Self-motivated with a dedicated approach
