SANY UK is excited to be exhibiting at Plantworx 2025, where the company will showcase a comprehensive line-up of its latest equipment and technology — all designed to help businesses work smarter, not harder.

Visitors to the SANY stand can explore a range of 20 machines, including the newly launched SY10U micro excavator. The SY10U (1-tonne operating weight), is the company’s first micro digger, powered by a modern Kubota diesel engine delivering 8.8 kW of power. This ultra-compact machine with zero tail swing has been specially designed for the smallest job sites and confined working areas, with expanding undercarriage (745 – 1100 mm) and adjustable dozer blade for maximum versatility.

Also premiering at the event will be the brand new 2 tonne SY20C, SANY’s smallest mini excavator that features air conditioning as standard and the reduced tail swing SY60U, of the 6-tonne class. Optimised for compact construction sites and demanding applications, the 42.4 kW Yanmar engine of the SY60U ensures a powerful performance while keeping emissions low and is a practical addition to the SY60C, which is also used in construction, landscaping, and urban job sites.

SANY will also display its full range of electric excavators, all equipped with modern lithium ion phosphate (LFP) batteries, which offer several significant advantages:

Safety: LFP batteries are thermally stable, reducing risks of overheating and fires – ideal for construction sites.

Longevity: They provide more than 5,000 charge cycles, making them durable and cost-effective.

Environmental Friendliness: Free from cobalt and other toxic materials, they offer a greener alternative.

High Discharge Performance: Ensuring strong machine performance.

Temperature Resistance: Reliable operation in various climatic conditions.

Stable Performance: Consistent efficiency throughout the battery’s lifespan.

SANY launched the electric 2 tonne SY19E mini excavator in 2023 and will have a new upgraded model on display. In addition, SANY will introduce the SY35E, a second fully electric mini excavator at the show. The 4 tonne SY35E boasts up to six hours of operation, 30% lower energy consumption, and a fast-charging function. SANY will also showcase a sustainable alternative in the 23-tonne class with the SY215E. This fully electric crawler excavator launched in 2024, has received exceptional feedback due to its long running time, fast charging capabilities and digging performance.

For those seeking lifting equipment the full SANY telehandler range will be on display with lift heights now ranging from 7 to 18 metres. The two latest models to join the line-up, the 9m STH936 and fully electric 6m, STH625e will both make their UK debut, equipped with cutting-edge features and a robust design, they deliver exceptional lifting power, manoeuvrability, and safety.

Completing the showcase will be a selection of SANY tandem rollers, engineered for maximum compaction performance and operator comfort.

Get Hands-On in the Demo Area

SANY stand visitors will also have the opportunity to get some seat time of their own and take the controls in a dedicated demo area, where six different excavators will be available for hands-on experience — from the 1-tonne SY10U to the popular 8-tonne SY80U which was relaunched last year and is now available with optional TAB boom and bolt on counterweight. (Note: Appropriate operator certification and PPE are required.)

Test Your Skills in the SANY Operator Challenge

Those who would like to demonstrate their operating skills, can compete in the SANY Operator Challenge, featuring the fully electric SY19E mini excavator. The competition will be running throughout the duration of the event, with some great prizes to be won.

SANY UK invites all show attendees to visit its stand A05 and A06 at PlantWorx and experience its construction equipment first hand.
